Star Anna Presents is a monthly concert series held at Royal Junction Indian Cuisine and Bar. One goal of this  concert series is to bring out-of-town musical acts to Ellensburg in an attempt to not only to share new music with our town but also to share our beautiful and thriving downtown Arts & Cultural scene with these out-of-town musicians. Another big goal is to raise money for different local non-profit organization. $5 from every ticket sold will be donated to the monthly highlighted organization. This month (May) we’re raising money for Habitat For Humanity. Last month (April) we raised money for FISH Community Food Bank.

This month’s show is Saturday, May 23rd and features Braly Sangster. Braly Sangster is a Seattle-based musical duo formed by seasoned artists Leslie Braly (of Pineola) and producer/musician Johnny Sangster (known for work with Neko Case). They are recognized for rich harmonies and sharp songwriting, featuring a blend of folk, pop, and rock sensibilities. Star Anna will open the show with a short acoustic set. 

The shows are held on the second floor of the 420 Building, a stunning historical downtown building. The space is intimate, with tables and seating and a specialized menu of bites and beverages from Royal Junction. Seating is limited, which lends to a Listening atmosphere and a communal shared experience, with attendees encouraged to share tables with one another. 

Tickets are $15 ($5 of each ticket sold goes to Habitat For Humanity w/ the rest going to the musicians)Tickets can be purchased in-person at Royal Junction (inside the restaurant) or online HERE‍ ‍Music starts at 6pm (attendees are encouraged to come a little early to find seats and order food)
